Most FastCurbs orders ship 5-7 business days from receipt of order and payment information, but longer lead times may be applicable during busy season. For build-to-order products requiring drawings, standard lead-time is from date of drawing approval. Please allow 2 to 5 days transit time from date of shipment for your order to arrive. Orders with significant quantities may require longer lead times.

Price includes the cost of delivery. Most products ship via LTL carrier except for products with dimensions suitable for UPS. Expedited shipment is available for additional charge.

Products ship F.O.B. our plant. FastCurbs is not responsible for transit delays caused by the carrier.

FastCurbs is not responsible for loss or damage to goods in transit or for delays of carrier in delivering goods. However, when goods are damaged or lost in transit, we will assist in every way possible in securing a satisfactory adjustment. In case of shortage or apparent damage, details should be noted on freight bill by carrier's agent before delivery is accepted. FastCurbs will not accept return of merchandise damaged in transit.
